It depends on the selected package. We can manage domain, hosting, SSL certificate, DNS settings, email and launch, or work on an existing client infrastructure. When we manage hosting, we prioritise reliable, secure solutions and, when required, Swiss-based hosting.
Yes. We recommend WordPress when speed, editorial autonomy and a more contained budget are priorities. We propose custom solutions when the project requires specific logic, advanced performance, complex integrations or a highly tailored experience. The choice is based on goals, not on technical habit.
Yes, unless otherwise specified in the quote or contract. At the end of the project we provide the agreed accesses and document the main elements. For managed or subscription services, some components may remain administered by ElaraTeq to ensure security, maintenance and operational continuity.
We can manage them through a dedicated maintenance plan, or hand over the project so it can be managed internally by the client. Managed plans include technical checks, updates, backups, essential monitoring and security work according to the agreed service level.

Yes. We can configure a custom domain or subdomain, manage DNS and SSL certificate, and connect the landing page to your digital identity. If you do not have a domain yet, we can assist with selection and registration.
