Are domain and hosting included?

It depends on the selected package. We can manage domain, hosting, SSL certificate, DNS settings, email and launch, or work on an existing client infrastructure. When we manage hosting, we prioritise reliable, secure solutions and, when required, Swiss-based hosting.

Can I choose between WordPress and a custom solution?

Yes. We recommend WordPress when speed, editorial autonomy and a more contained budget are priorities. We propose custom solutions when the project requires specific logic, advanced performance, complex integrations or a highly tailored experience. The choice is based on goals, not on technical habit.

Will the website, domain and accesses belong to me?

Yes, unless otherwise specified in the quote or contract. At the end of the project we provide the agreed accesses and document the main elements. For managed or subscription services, some components may remain administered by ElaraTeq to ensure security, maintenance and operational continuity.

Who manages updates, backups and security after launch?

We can manage them through a dedicated maintenance plan, or hand over the project so it can be managed internally by the client. Managed plans include technical checks, updates, backups, essential monitoring and security work according to the agreed service level.

How can I request a quote?

You can contact us with your goal, project type, desired timeline, indicative budget and any materials already available. After an initial review, we propose the most suitable path: a focused intervention, a package, a custom project or a preliminary consultation.

What should I prepare before starting a project?

It is helpful to gather your logo, texts, images, domain or hosting accesses, visual references, business goals, target audience and desired features. If you do not have everything ready, we can help structure the content and define priorities during the initial phase.

What are the delivery times for a project?

Timing depends on complexity, content volume, integrations and feedback speed. A landing page may take a few working days, while a full website or custom platform requires broader planning. After the first discussion, we define a realistic timeline with clear milestones and responsibilities.

How do you manage revisions and changes?

Which payment methods do you accept?

We normally accept bank transfer and Swiss QR-bill. Depending on the service and agreed setup, digital payments through Stripe, cards, TWINT or PayPal may also be available. The exact payment methods are specified in the quote, invoice or contract.

Is it possible to work with packages or subscriptions?

Yes. Some services are available as one-time packages, while others can be managed through a recurring fee, such as maintenance, hosting, support, content, social media or MIDGARD landing pages. The model is defined according to the level of continuity required.

How does customer support work?

Support is organised according to the active service. For clients with a project or maintenance plan, we can manage requests by email, phone or client portal, with priorities and response times aligned with the agreed service level.

Do you offer urgent assistance or ticket-based support?

Yes, for active clients we can manage tickets and urgent interventions based on availability and priority. Operational emergencies are assessed quickly; to ensure continuity we always recommend a dedicated maintenance or support plan.

Where are you based?

ElaraTeq is based in Switzerland and works with both local and international clients. When required, we provide hosting and data management solutions with particular attention to security, privacy and infrastructure reliability.

What is MIDGARD?

MIDGARD is ElaraTeq’s solution for professional landing pages managed as a service. It includes design, launch, hosting, maintenance and, when included in the package, support for digital promotion. It is designed for those who want to go online quickly without managing complex technical aspects.

Can I use a custom domain for a MIDGARD landing page?

Yes. We can configure a custom domain or subdomain, manage DNS and SSL certificate, and connect the landing page to your digital identity. If you do not have a domain yet, we can assist with selection and registration.

Can I turn a landing page into a full website?

Yes. A landing page can be the first step of a broader digital presence. As the project grows, we can add new pages, forms, integrations, a blog, e-commerce or move to a complete web solution.

Do you create content for social media and campaigns?

We can handle strategy, copy, graphics, templates, editorial calendar and publishing, or work from materials provided by the client. The level of management is defined according to goals, channels and desired frequency.

What does a branding manual include?

A branding manual can include the logo and its variants, colour palette, typography, usage rules, tone of voice, application examples and guidelines for social media, documents or commercial materials. It helps keep visual and communication consistency across all channels.

What is a WCAG audit and when is it recommended?

A WCAG audit evaluates the accessibility of a website or digital interface against internationally recognised criteria. It is recommended to improve user experience, reduce access barriers and prepare for regulatory requirements or standards requested by public organisations, companies and regulated markets.

Who do you collaborate with for tokenisation and fractional ownership?

For tokenisation, fractional ownership and digital asset projects, we collaborate with specialised partners such as XDRIP Digital Management. ElaraTeq can contribute to digital strategy, interfaces, communication, integrations and technical coordination, while blockchain, legal and compliance aspects are assessed with dedicated specialists.

Is tokenisation a financial investment?

Not necessarily. Tokenisation is a technology and operating model that can be applied to different contexts. Each project must be assessed case by case from a technical, legal, tax and regulatory perspective. ElaraTeq does not provide financial, legal or tax advice.

Does ElaraTeq distribute music directly?

ElaraTeq does not position itself as a direct music distributor. We can support onboarding, communication, digital materials and coordination with specialised platforms or partners, including projects connected to ecosystems such as XECHO when relevant.
